Request a refund

Use this form to cancel a paid file.kiwi purchase. You do not need to sign in or give a reason.

Purchase details

We use these details only to identify the purchase, send your receipt, and handle the request.

Use the address shown on the purchase receipt. We will send the confirmation here.

Use the order or payment ID from your receipt. If you do not have it, enter other details that identify the purchase.

A reason is not required. Do not include passwords, full payment-card numbers, or file contents.

By selecting Confirm cancellation request, you notify MiniKiwi that you are cancelling the purchase identified above. Your request is sent by email to our support inbox; it is not saved in a separate file.kiwi application database. See our Privacy Policy.
