Collect large files with one link
Request file submissions with a link to an online space where uploaders cannot see one another’s files.
Gather many people’s files in one place safely and easily.
People who receive the link to the collection web folder can upload files, but they cannot view or download files uploaded by others. Only the web folder owner can download all collected files. There is no file size or participant limit, making it suitable for collecting large files.
Use it for many kinds of file collection.
- Students can submit their assignments or large work files in one place.
- Original photos and videos taken by multiple participants at events, etc. can be collected in one place.
- You can safely receive large quantities of output from outsourced workers or partner companies.
- You can request files without revealing personal contact details such as your email address.
How to use the collection web folder
1. Go to the dashboard.
Sign-up and login are required.
2. ➊ Select Collection Web Folder, then ➋ click the Create button.
3. Click the copy button.
4. Share the link with the people who will submit files.
Anyone with the link can upload and submit files. Uploaders can view and delete only the files they uploaded themselves.
5. Download the collected files.
The web folder owner can download the collected files at once by pressing the Batch download button.
