Preparing for large file downloads

If your browser does not have enough storage space, the download will not start. When using a PC, try the following. (Smartphones or tablets are not suitable for processing large files.)

1

If you have multiple storage devices connected to your PC (for example, if you have a D: or E: drive in addition to the C: drive), try changing the storage device.

2

Delete unnecessary files to increase storage space. The free space on the storage device must be at least twice the size of the file you want to download.

3

Unnecessary temporary data may be accumulated in your browser. In this case, even if you delete the downloaded files, the total free space does not increase. If this happens, try deleting temporary files.
